I'm here too!

Hey whoever reads this! :)

This is going to be short and sweet. Things are super in NZ. Right now, we are entering the middle of the summer. And from Dec 27-Jan 6, we'll be at Piha Beach for our Beach Project. It's kinda like PCB, but only during the summer instead...and on a smaller scale. And exciting news...my fellow Hamilton STINTers and I all have received our Visas! So we're quite thankful that all worked out. It will be different not be home for Christmas. But different can be really good. And I'm really looking forward to my first summertime Christmas.

Here's what you can be praying for: last minute prep work for Beach Project; being away from home at Christmas; that we'll be able to continue to build relationships with students over the summer.

Have a wonderful day, folks!

And Merry Christmas!!!!!

i'm here Lisa!

so I don't have much to say but I just wanted to answer Lisa's desperate cry for something other than J-Flick posting :)

I've been at home for about a week now. (i don't know if any of you don't know this, but LeAnne and I had to come home because of Visa issues, but we're hopefully going back) and it's weird. But not as weird as I thought it would be. I think when I came back from East Asia I was just experiencing all of this hostility against materialism and the American church and it came out in a LOT of judgemental-ness towards my fellow man. But this time it's kind of just like, hey, i'm home, i missed people and i get to see them, and that's cool. somehow that makes me worried that i'm less of a "world christian" than i want to be. and apparently it also drives me to post on blogspot. i'm hoping it just means i have a less sinful attitude about others... iiii dunno.

anyway... if you get bored and you want to watch something this is a video that our team made and you get to see LeAnne and one of our only believing students, Federica.

so... do we get to see you jesus filmers at IndyCC?

peace out... and buon natale :)
